Job description

Responsibilities: 

  • Assists in the planning and implementation of individualized behavior support plans.
  • Collects, records, and reports data on client progress making specific instructional changes according to established guidelines
  • Alerts team members to any areas of concern.
  • Completes informal evaluations as required. 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - 

Experience within an addiction/recovery setting is required

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 

Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. 

CERTIFICATION/LICENCES REQUIRED - A valid Michigan Driver's License is required with no DUI's r OWI's in the last 5 years - BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association accepted.
