Job description

Behavioral Health Assistant - Full Time Days 

Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm

Responsibilities: 

  • Assists in the planning and implementation of individualized behavior support plans.
  • Collects, records, and reports data on client progress making specific instructional changes according to established guidelines.
  • Alerts team members to any areas of concern
  • Completes informal evaluations as required. 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. 

CERTIFICATION/LICENCES REQUIRED 

  •  A valid Michigan Driver's License is required with no DUI's r OWI's in the last 5 years 
  • BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association accepted.
