Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, remote mental health care through an structured 8-week evidence-based program designed around best practices.
  • Monitor and assess participant progress throughout the program, ensuring appropriate follow-up communications and providing personalized care coordination recommendations.
  • Document session notes meticulously to track participant wellness and outcomes, in compliance with ethical standards and HIPAA regulations.
  • Actively engage as a member of the interdisciplinary care team, assisting participants with accessing necessary resources and securing consent and authorization forms.
  • Identify critical safety concerns among participants and implement company protocols to address high-risk encounters effectively.
  • Participate in regular meetings with supervisors, monthly team discussions, and Town Halls to ensure cohesive strategies for service delivery and support.
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and commit to ongoing compliance with annual training requirements.
  • Contribute to a culture of recognition by delivering exceptional performance in your role, which will be acknowledged and rewarded appropriately.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with us, you will provide care to a diverse population that includes individuals facing mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to complex behavioral issues. You will utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to empower clients and facilitate meaningful change in their lives.

Qualifications
  • A current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Ability and willingness to maintain a consistent schedule for patient appointments, facilitating continuity of care.
  • Demonstrated experience in psychotherapy, particularly in utilizing CBT, DBT, and other solution-focused approaches.
  • A strong commitment to the mission of impacting lives positively and advancing the field of behavioral health care.
  • Compliance with UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy for remote employees.
  • Adherence to a drug-free workplace policy, which includes passing a drug test prior to employment.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
