This remote position allows you to operate within a fully supportive work environment that prioritizes collaboration and clinical excellence. You will work closely with a team of counselors, coaches, and clinical supervisors who are dedicated to assisting you in achieving the best outcomes for your patients. Regularly scheduled meetings and town halls will ensure that you remain connected and receive ongoing support, while also adhering to best practices guided by HIPAA Privacy & Security policies.

• Conduct therapy sessions remotely, adhering to an 8-week evidence-based treatment program tailored to meet individual needs.
• Monitor participant progress meticulously, providing regular follow-up communications, care coordination recommendations, and meticulous documentation of session notes.
• Actively engage as a member of the multidisciplinary care team by assisting participants in accessing necessary resources and ensuring all pertinent consent and authorization forms are completed.
• Identify and effectively respond to situations involving high-risk participants, applying company protocols to keep safety at the forefront of care.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision sessions, monthly team meetings, and organizational Town Halls to stay informed and involved in best practices and organizational updates.
• Uphold the highest internal standards of confidentiality in line with HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance with annual training requirements.

Our clients are individuals navigating various mental health challenges, and your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will be instrumental in helping them develop actionable skills and establish healthy, life-long habits. You will apply therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist participants in overcoming barriers to their mental well-being.

• A valid and current behavioral health license: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A commitment to maintaining a consistent schedule to meet the needs of your patients.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in psychotherapy, with expertise in CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapeutic methodologies.
• A genuine passion for impacting lives positively through effective behavioral health care.

• Experience in working within a community health clinic setting, especially with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ease documentation and patient management.
• Experience in teletherapy and virtual counseling modalities, which enables you to effectively engage with clients in a remote setting.

• A competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
