Remote Behavioral Coach Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Inland Therapeutic Medical Group, INC is seeking a dedicated and passionate licensed mental health counselor to join our innovative team in a fully remote capacity. As a counselor holding one of the following licenses—Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)—you will play a key role in delivering evidenced-based therapeutic programs designed to enhance the mental well-being of our participants.

As a remote position, this role allows you to work from anywhere within the United States, fostering a flexible and adaptable work-life balance. You will engage with a supportive virtual team, participating in regular meetings to exchange ideas and collaborate on strategies to better serve our clients. Our integrated telehealth framework ensures that you have the tools and resources needed to effectively connect with patients in real-time.

• Deliver remote therapy sessions within an 8-week evidence-based program, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Assure comprehensive patient follow-up by monitoring progress, documenting session notes, and providing care coordination recommendations.
• Coordinate access to additional resources, ensuring participants have consent and authorization when needed.
• Identify and assess high-risk situations among participants by adhering to established safety protocols, ensuring prompt and effective intervention.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, attending team meetings and contributing to the development of treatment plans.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA standards, safeguarding patient confidentiality, and participate in annual training to stay informed of best practices.
• Engage in professional development opportunities and receive recognition based on your performance and contributions towards patient outcomes.

Your client base will encompass diverse individuals requiring mental health support, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other pressing behavioral health issues. You will foster a therapeutic environment that encourages participation and growth, utilizing evidence-based techniques to aid clients in developing actionable life skills and resilient habits.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess at least one of the following:

• Current licensing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or possess a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A commitment to maintaining a consistent patient schedule, enabling effective therapeutic relationships and continuity of care.
• Clinical experience in psychotherapy, demonstrating proficiency in cognitive behavioral and solution-focused approaches.
• A sincere dedication to improving patients’ lives and the overall landscape of behavioral health care.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in a telehealth setting will find this role particularly advantageous, as it requires familiarity with virtual communication platforms and teletherapy best practices. Additionally, a background in crisis management and intervention will further enhance your ability to support patients effectively.

This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. We provide a monthly healthcare stipend to ensure our counselors have access to comprehensive medical care. Additionally, you will receive weekly direct deposits for your salary, providing financial stability.
