Location: Gilbert / Mesa Arizona
Schedule: Part Time OVERNIGHTS
  • Part-Time (Overnight): Friday: 9:45 PM - Saturday 8:15 AM, Saturday: 9:45 PM - Sunday 8:15 AM

Join our team of dedicated professionals and make a difference in the lives of youth!
As a Youth Behavioral Coach at Emoticare, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, helping youth build confidence, develop life skills, and feel supported in a safe, structured environment. Our Weekend Retreat Program is a 3-day experience designed to provide a positive and empowering experience for our youth.
Responsibilities:
  • Build meaningful, supportive connections with youth
  • Help them develop emotional regulation and life skills
  • Support daily routines, activities, meals, and outings
  • Bring energy to group activities that encourage confidence and connection
  • Reinforce treatment goals in real, everyday moments
  • Help create a safe, structured, and positive environment
  • Transport youth to and from activities (using company vehicles)

Requirements:
  • 21+ with a valid driver's license
  • Either:
    • High School Diploma/GED + 4 years behavioral health experience
    • OR Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Comfortable working with youth in a hands-on environment
  • Reliable, patient, and team-oriented
  • Required (or willing to obtain):
    • Fingerprint clearance card
    • CPR/First Aid
    • TB test
    • Clean driving record
    • Background check & drug screen

Work Environment:
  • Community-based settings, retreat locations, and client homes
  • Based out of Gilbert-area office
  • Driving agency vehicles (including vans)
  • Active role (walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, outdoor activities-including summer weather)
