Work Environment

This role is fully remote, enabling therapists to work from anywhere, offering flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule. Our typical business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As a remote employee, you will utilize telehealth platforms to conduct sessions, allowing for meaningful engagement and impact while ensuring compliant clinical practices and secure records management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans using solution-focused and evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities to provide clients with the tools they need for healing.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of patient confidentiality.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care across various patient needs.
  • Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to promote ongoing professional development and quality of care.
  • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices and integrate new knowledge into client care strategies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients are diverse, presenting with various mental health concerns, including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and stress-related issues. Our trauma-informed care expertise allows therapists to meet clients where they are and support them through their healing processes.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Solid understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques, with the ability to tailor approaches to individual client needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of therapeutic relationships built on trust and empathy.
