Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality virtual therapy to clients enrolled in an 8-week evidence-based program, employing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Monitor and assess client progress, engage in follow-up communications, and recommend care coordination strategies based on individual needs.
  • Actively participate as a collaborative member of a multidisciplinary care team, assisting clients in navigating community resources and ensuring they obtain necessary consent and authorization forms.
  • Identify and manage high-risk situations by adhering to established safety protocols, ensuring the wellbeing of participants.
  • Engage in regular supervision sessions for continual growth, contribute to monthly administrative team meetings, and participate in company-wide town hall discussions.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations, completing annual training as required to stay compliant.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a counselor, you will work with participants seeking to improve their mental health through structured, supportive programs. Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must possess at least one of the following:

  • A current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or possess a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • The ability and willingness to maintain a consistent appointment schedule for your clients.
  • Clinical experience applying therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and other solution-focused techniques in a therapeutic setting.
  • A demonstrated passion for improving client lives through innovative behavioral care solutions.
