Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging remote mental health services in an 8-week evidence-based program tailored to the diverse needs of participants.
  • Regularly monitor participant progress through virtual interactions, providing feedback, follow-up communications, and care coordination insights to optimize treatment paths.
  • Actively participate in a multidisciplinary care team that collaborates to support participants, navigating access to necessary resources, and guiding them through consent and authorization processes.
  • Identify high-risk scenarios during sessions and respond effectively to ensure participant safety, adhering rigorously to company protocols for crisis management.
  • Engage in meaningful professional development through scheduled meetings with supervisors, as well as monthly team meetings and organizational Town Halls to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain utmost confidentiality in line with HIPAA policies and comply with annual training requirements while ensuring the ethical delivery of mental health care.
  • Receive feedback and recognition that align with your professional milestones, offering clear insights on performance outcomes as well as avenues for further development within the organization.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population within a community health clinic setting, encompassing individuals dealing with a range of mental health challenges. This role allows for meaningful connections as you guide participants in setting actionable, achievable goals and employ behavioral strategies to make progress. As a compassionate therapist, your contributions will help participants develop lifelong skills tailored for lasting change.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Ability and willingness to maintain a consistent schedule for patient sessions, ensuring reliable access to care and ongoing support.
  • Clinical experience in conducting psychotherapy with a focus on methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused interventions.
