• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the individual needs and aspirations of each client. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to enhance the effectiveness of treatment.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols and providing a safe space for clients to share their experiences.
• Facilitate regular team conferences and meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and address any challenges in treatment.
• Evaluate collected client information to establish accurate diagnoses, recommend appropriate treatment plans, and determine the necessity of referrals to other specialists.
• Design and execute therapeutic activities, including group therapy and recreational programs that foster social connections and enhance motivation in clients.
• Utilize the coaching model and natural environment teaching strategies to support client learning and engagement.

In this role, you will work predominantly with clients dealing with mental illnesses and substance use disorders. Our clientele includes individuals from diverse backgrounds, each seeking compassionate support as they navigate their unique recovery paths. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• A current, valid, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively, showcasing strong time management and organizational capabilities.
• An openness to self-reflection and a commitment to engage actively in supervisory and professional development opportunities.
• At least three years of post-licensure experience in clinical settings, specifically working with clients in mental health or substance use.

• Previous experience in a detox or residential treatment setting is highly valued.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, particularly motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
