Function: Account Management
Reports to: Head of Account Management
The Role
As an Account Manager at Reach, you'll own the success and growth of a portfolio of global ecommerce merchants. You'll build trusted relationships, help clients optimize their checkout and payments experience, and drive long-term revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering closely with clients, working across global teams, and turning strong relationships into meaningful business outcomes.
Requirements
What You'll Do
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of ecommerce merchants
  • Build strategic, long-term client relationships
  • Drive organic revenue growth and retention
  • Partner cross-functionally to solve merchant challenges
  • Advocate for clients internally and surface product insights

What You Bring
  • 5+ years in account management or merchant success (ecommerce, FinTech, or payments)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience working with global clients or distributed teams
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
