This is a high-impact founding Account Manager role where you will help define and build the post-sale customer success and account management motion from the ground up. Rather than executing an existing playbook, you will actively shape it, designing how customers experience value from onboarding through expansion and renewal. You will work closely with some of the most innovative go-to-market teams in tech, helping them fully adopt and embed a widely used sales framework across their organizations. The role blends strategic account ownership, commercial growth, and customer advocacy in a fast-moving, remote-first environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while ensuring customers realize measurable value and long-term success. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from scratch, and is motivated by directly influencing revenue growth and customer outcomes.
- Define and execute the post-sale customer journey, from onboarding and activation through renewal and expansion.
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic customers, acting as a trusted advisor and long-term partner.
- Drive net revenue retention by identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer maturity and goals.
- Lead renewal conversations with commercial confidence, ensuring value realization and proactively managing churn risk.
- Collaborate with enablement and product teams to maximize customer adoption and value extraction.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back into product and strategy to improve offerings.
- Build and execute quarterly account plans to achieve and exceed retention and expansion targets.
