We are looking for a Director of Sales to lead business development efforts across our telecom and fiber infrastructure solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building pipeline, closing new business, and helping expand our presence with carriers, ISPs, and enterprise customers.

Location: Remote (U.S.)
Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 base + commission

This is not a pure management role — we’re looking for someone who can lead from the front, stay close to the market, and drive revenue directly while guiding a small team.

What You’ll Do

· Drive new business development across telecom, fiber, and network infrastructure markets

· Build and manage relationships with carriers, ISPs, municipalities, and enterprise customers

· Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow revenue and expand market share

· Lead and mentor a small sales team, setting direction and helping them close deals

· Work closely with internal teams (engineering, operations, product) to align solutions with customer needs

· Identify new opportunities tied to FTTH/FTTx deployments and broadband expansion programs (including BEAD initiatives)

· Manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales activity to consistently hit revenue targets

Requirements

10+ years of experience in telecom, fiber, or network infrastructure sales
Proven track record of closing new business and exceeding sales targets
Experience selling into carriers, ISPs, or telecom service providers
Strong understanding of fiber infrastructure, FTTH/FTTx networks, or related technologies

Ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
Familiarity with broadband funding programs (BEAD or similar) is a strong plus
