  • Design and implement highly available, scalable, and secure hybrid cloud architectures leveraging VMware and native cloud services

  • Deploy and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates for both VMware and cloud-native environments

  • Manage and optimize core VMware components including clusters, storage (vSAN), networking (NSX), and disaster recovery solutions

  • Support and optimize IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS integrations as part of cloud migration and modernization initiatives

  • Ensure seamless connectivity and workload mobility between on-prem VMware environments and cloud platforms

  • Lead end-to-end VMware workload migrations to the cloud, including discovery, assessment, planning, execution, and post-migration optimization

  • Define migration patterns (rehost, refactor, re-platform) based on application dependencies and business requirements

  • Coordinate with application, network, and security teams to ensure successful migration outcomes

  • Troubleshoot complex hybrid environment issues across VMware and cloud platforms

  • Partner with cloud architects, infrastructure teams, security, and application teams to align migration strategies with business priorities

  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, migration runbooks, and best practices

  • Contribute to architectural standards and reference designs
