To thrive as a Remote Graduate Full Stack Developer, you need a solid understanding of front-end and back-end programming languages (such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, or Java) and a relevant degree or coding bootcamp certification. Familiarity with tools like Git, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS or Azure), and frameworks (like React, Node.js, or Django) is often required. Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills are crucial for collaborating effectively and staying productive in a remote environment. Regular stand-up meetings and code reviews are standard practices to ensure alignment and continuous feedback. These tools and routines foster a supportive remote environment, making collaboration seamless despite working from different locations.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Full Stack Developer based in Netherlands.

This role offers the opportunity to build scalable, cloud-based applications across both backend and frontend technologies.
You will develop robust Python services, modern TypeScript interfaces, and reliable APIs that support business-critical solutions.
The position combines hands-on software engineering with cloud deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
You will work across Angular or React, microservices, databases, and AWS to deliver secure and maintainable applications.
Collaboration with architects, developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders will be central to your success.
The role is well suited to a versatile engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and owning solutions from development through production.
You will contribute to engineering best practices, automation, CI/CD, and the ongoing performance of cloud-native applications.

Accountabilities
  • Develop scalable, maintainable, and secure backend applications using Python.
  • Build responsive and modern frontend applications using TypeScript with Angular or React.
  • Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and backend services.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage applications using AWS cloud services across compute, storage, databases, networking, and application deployment.
  • Develop reusable UI components and integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services.
  • Write clean, efficient, secure, and well-tested code aligned with software engineering best practices.
  • Perform unit, integration, and functional testing while troubleshooting application, API, and production issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to consistent development standards and practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, cloud deployment processes, and production releases.
  • Monitor application performance and provide ongoing support for production environments.
Requirements
  • Strong professional experience developing applications with Python.
  • Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript.
  • Proven experience building frontend applications with Angular or React.
  • Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs and backend services.
  • Hands-on experience working with AWS cloud services.
  • Practical experience with microservices architecture and distributed application development.
  • Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
  • Good understanding of Git, CI/CD practices, and Agile software development methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of software development, debugging, testing, deployment, and production support practices.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, secure, and reusable code.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Benefits
  • Contract engagement with opportunities to work on modern, cloud-based applications.
  • Exposure to Python, TypeScript, Angular or React, AWS, microservices, REST APIs, and modern development practices.
  • Opportunity to contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from design and development through deployment and production support.
  • Collaboration with experienced architects, developers, QA engineers, DevOps professionals, and business stakeholders.
  • Opportunity to contribute to CI/CD, automation, cloud deployment, and application performance initiatives.
  • Remote work arrangement.
  • Opportunity to work on scalable and technically challenging solutions in a collaborative engineering environment.
