• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to determine clients' mental health conditions, develop accurate clinical diagnoses, and create tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based methodologies that cater to the specific needs and objectives of each client.
• Respond effectively to crises by providing necessary intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, potential treatment pathways, and community resources available to them, while advocating for their health and rights.
• Commit to continuous education and professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and staying updated on current mental health practices.

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client base representing various ages, backgrounds, and mental health conditions. Our clients often seek assistance for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. You will have the opportunity to help clients develop coping strategies, enhance their emotional resilience, and encourage personal growth, significantly impacting their quality of life.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is necessary.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a relevant mental health setting is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to cultivate strong therapeutic relationships.

• Previous clinical experience, particularly in telehealth settings, is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
