• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client mental health concerns, employing diagnostic tools to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that respect each client’s unique context, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches.
• Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, fostering an inclusive atmosphere conducive to open dialogue and personal reflection.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress, applying your clinical skills and judgment to de-escalate situations effectively.
• Document and maintain thorough, confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights and recommendations to ensure a holistic approach to client care and treatment interventions.
• Engage clients and their families in discussions about treatment options, mental health education, and community resources, serving as an advocate for their needs within the healthcare system.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with advancements in the field of mental health therapy.

Your clients will encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and interpersonal issues. Many clients will be looking for support in navigating complex life transitions, relationship dynamics, or mental health crises. This role emphasizes a culturally competent and compassionate approach, allowing you to adapt your therapeutic techniques to best suit each individual’s needs.

• Must possess a current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.

• Have at least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, showcasing your ability to work with diverse populations.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
