• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health concerns, employing clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using a strengths-based approach that aligns with each client’s specific therapeutic goals.
• Provide crisis intervention services and support for clients undergoing acute mental health crises, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate resource coordination.
• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations while documenting treatment progress and adjustments in EHR.
• Engage in regular consultation and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate and optimize client care.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment methods, and community resources, fostering greater awareness and support systems outside of therapy.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in training and workshops to stay current on advancements in mental health therapy practices.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Mantra Counseling Services, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your expertise will help people of various ages, backgrounds, and demographics, with an emphasis on tailoring treatments to respect cultural differences and personal experiences. • Hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
• Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling is required.
