• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately gauge their mental health status and needs.
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and needs of each client.
• Provide engaging individual therapy sessions for adult clients utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and solution-focused strategies.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver flexible virtual therapy sessions, accommodating clients from the comfort of their own homes.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention services when required, ensuring prompt support during challenging times.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain current with best practices in mental health care and therapeutic techniques.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with our team, you will work predominantly with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to develop meaningful therapeutic relationships that empower clients to achieve their mental wellness goals through tailored interventions and compassionate support.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach in all interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills necessary to manage caseload effectively.
• No history of disciplinary actions on professional board records.

• Experience in a remote therapeutic setting is highly preferred.
• Previous involvement in crisis management or intervention strategies.
• Knowledge of digital health technologies and teletherapy tools to enhance client engagement and therapy delivery.
