As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Redesign Counseling Hub, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our diverse client base also encompasses couples seeking to strengthen their relationship dynamics and families navigating complex life transitions. You will play a pivotal role in supporting these clients by employing effective evidence-based therapies and creating safe spaces for open communication.

• A valid license in the state as either an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health theories, assessment tools, and evidence-based practices.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• 2-3 years of experience in delivering mental health services over telehealth platforms.
• Experience working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to promote comprehensive patient care.
