• Perform thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' unique mental health needs.

• A current and valid license in one of the following categories: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective remote rapport building with clients.
• Empathy and compassion in understanding client experiences.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation effectively.

While not mandatory, previous experience in telehealth or remote counseling may be advantageous. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques, particularly those adapted for online platforms, is also desirable. Ongoing professional development and commitment to acquiring new skills that enhance service delivery in a virtual environment will be highly regarded.
