Orders are typically placed online or by phone, and baked goods are delivered directly to customers or picked up at a designated location. Remote bakeries leverage digital platforms for marketing, order processing, and customer engagement, allowing bakers to reach a wider audience and reduce overhead costs. This model has grown in popularity due to its flexibility and lower start-up requirements compared to traditional brick-and-mortar bakeries.
