Key Responsibilities
System Optimization:Manage and maintain the Latitude WMS to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.
Database Management:Utilize SQL expertise to monitor, maintain, and optimize database performance while ensuring data integrity.
Collaboration:Partner with project leads, developers, and IT teams to troubleshoot, enhance, and streamline system functionality.
Upgrades and Maintenance:Coordinate with third-party vendors for system upgrades, firmware updates, and performance monitoring.

What You Bring to the Team
Education:

Experience:

  • PathGuide Technologies Latitude WMS (this is essential)
  • SQL databases (administration and optimization).
  • Solid experience in high-availability environments, ensuring system reliability.
  • Deep skill in systems design, programming, and support for complex software solutions.
  • Crystal Reports for data analysis and reporting.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with distribution processes like shipping, receiving, cycle counting, and inventory adjustments.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in SQL Server, programming languages, and operating systems.
  • Knowledge of enterprise backup, recovery procedures, and system monitoring tools.
  • Experience with Windows Server (2008 and later) and ERP systems (QAD preferred).
  • Knowledge of Dell Boomi and application development (Pick programming is a plus).
Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
