Job description

Title: Onspring System Administrator

Location: Denver, CO (Remote within Colorado)

Duration: 12+ month contract (multi-year

opportunity)

🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Serve as an Onspring System Administrator supporting QA and Member Case Integrity teams
  • Build and enhance system functionality, including new modules and workflows
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and a county-facing portal
  • Support fraud mitigation efforts by producing data and reporting insights
  • Manage user access for shared service partners and county users
  • Support accountability initiatives tied to QA and fraud findings
  • Act as backup administrator across shared services environments

What You Bring

  • 1–2+ years of hands-on experience with the Onspring platform
  • Onspring Essentials Level 1 Certification (required)
  • Prior experience as an Onspring System Administrator
  • Experience implementing or improving business processes within a system
  • Strong reporting and dashboard development experience

Nice to Have

  • Background in QA, fraud, compliance, or accountability reporting
  • Experience working with state or county government agencies
  • Experience in shared services or multi-agency environments
  • Facilitation experience
  • Familiarity with eligibility systems or fraud workflows

with minimal ramp-up.
