About the Role

We're hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business growth across the NE Region (NY, NJ, PA) territory. This is a B2B SaaS outside sales role focused exclusively on the automotive industry, ideal for a hunter-minded sales professional with a proven track record of closing deals with auto dealers and dealer groups.

You'll own the full sales cycle โ€” from prospecting and pipeline development to demo, negotiation, and close โ€” while building lasting relationships with dealership decision-makers and finance executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within your assigned territory (NC, SC, VA, WV).
  • Build and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline that supports consistent quota attainment.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos tailored to dealership and finance industry needs.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Analyze market potential, monitor territory performance, and report sales metrics weekly to the Sales Manager.
  • Represent Informativ at automotive trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Onboarding, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure client success.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience.
  • Mandatory: B2B automotive industry sales experience (dealership, automotive finance, or related SaaS/tech sales into auto dealers).
  • Must reside in NJ, NY, or PA.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven hunter mindset with a daily drive to prospect and win new business.
  • Demonstrated success running end-to-end sales cycles with creative, consultative sales tactics.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong selling, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience selling credit, compliance, finance, or F amp;I technology solutions to automotive dealerships.
