Job description

Join Our Growing Team at United Care ABA

At United Care ABA, weโ€™re building something differentโ€”and weโ€™re looking for a BCBA who actually wants to be part of that.

This isnโ€™t a โ€œfill a caseload and move onโ€ role. This is for someone who sees the gap and wants to do something about it.

There are families in Colorado who need ABA services and simply donโ€™t have accessโ€”not because they donโ€™t qualify, but because they donโ€™t live near clinics, donโ€™t fit traditional models, or have been overlooked.

Thatโ€™s where you come in.

We are seeking BCBA's to help us expand home-based services across Colorado through a remote hybrid modelโ€”designed for flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful clinical impact.

Youโ€™re not stepping into a system.
Youโ€™re helping build one.

Why United Care ABA?

At United Care ABA, youโ€™re not just another BCBA on a rosterโ€”youโ€™re someone whose clinical judgment actually matters.

Weโ€™re intentionally building a company where:

  • Youโ€™re trusted to think, not just follow

  • Youโ€™re supported without being micromanaged

  • Youโ€™re part of something growingโ€”not something already stale

Hereโ€™s what that looks like:

Ongoing BCBA Cafรฉs: Real conversations, not forced meetings. Space to connect, decompress, and actually talk shop.

BCBA Spotlights: Your work, your impact, your voiceโ€”highlighted and recognized.

Mentorship Programs: Whether you want guidance or want to lead, we build that with you.

Ongoing Training & Support: You wonโ€™t be left figuring things out aloneโ€”we stay involved, without hovering.

What We Offer to Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA):

Flexible Scheduling & Hybrid Work: Work remotely while supporting in-home services across Colorado. Build your schedule in a way that actually works for your life.

Purpose-Driven Work: Youโ€™ll be serving families who donโ€™t have easy access to careโ€”this is meaningful, needed work.

Competitive Compensation: $90,000 โ€“ $95,000 depending on experience.

Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) (for full-time employees).

Bonuses: Quarterly and annual bonuses tied to real workโ€”not unrealistic metrics.

Paid Time Off: Time to recharge without guilt.

Professional Development: Free CEUs and opportunities to grow into leadership as we expand.

Ongoing Support: Consistent check-ins and clinical collaborationโ€”youโ€™re never operating in a vacuum.

What Weโ€™re Looking for in a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

Active BCBA certification with at least 2 years of experience, including leadership exposure (mentoring, onboarding, or team guidance).

Masterโ€™s degree in ABA or a related field (psychology, education, social work).

Experience in home-based services or willingness to lean into this model.

Strong communication and leadership skillsโ€”you know how to guide both families and teams.

A builder mindsetโ€”someone who wants to shape something, not just maintain it.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as the first on-ground BCBA in Colorado, helping establish clinical standards and culture.

Support onboarding and training of RBTs and future BCBAs to ensure strong, consistent service delivery.

Provide in-home and remote supervision, ensuring quality care across settings.

Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans aligned with best practices.

Collaborate closely with families to create meaningful, functional outcomes in the home environment.

Build relationships in the community through outreach, partnerships, and education.

Supervise and support direct care staff with ongoing feedback and clinical guidance.

Maintain compliance with all ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards.

Participate in leadership discussions, helping shape the direction of services in the state.

Why You Should Join Us:

If youโ€™ve ever felt like:

  • Youโ€™re stuck in a system that prioritizes volume over quality

  • Youโ€™re spending more time managing than actually practicing

  • You want flexibility but not isolation

  • You want to do meaningful work without burning out

This is your shift.

Weโ€™re building a model that meets families where they areโ€”literally.

Home-based, flexible, intentional care for families who would otherwise go without.

And weโ€™re looking for a BCBA who wants to be part of thatโ€”not just clock in and out of it.

Ready to Make a Difference?

If youโ€™re looking for a role where your work actually mattersโ€”and where you have the space to grow, lead, and buildโ€”this is it.

Apply today and help us bring ABA services to families who have been waiting far too long.
