Epic Application AnalystProvides application support to the Cadence module and user assistance within the assigned application(s). The Epic Application Analyst is responsible for the full system cycle, whether it is a new system or an upgrade. They act as a second level of support and an extension of the help desk as part of the day-to-day support duties. The Epic Application Analyst understands their assigned applications, their value to the business aspects of clinical operations and assists users to maximize the utility of the clinical system. In this role, the Epic Application Analyst serves as the liaison between the user community, IT, the Epic build team and other departments as necessary. Additionally, the Epic Application Analyst performs all design, build, optimization, and upgrade tasks for assigned module(s) and associated integrations.
