Digital Marketing Strategy Intern

Curious about how modern digital marketing campaigns are built, measured, and optimized?

At Siemens Digital Industries, you'll join the Execution Strategy team, a group responsible for helping shape how marketing programs are planned, targeted, measured, and continuously improved. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the strategic side of digital marketing, giving you the opportunity to work alongside experienced marketers and learn how large-scale B2B marketing programs come to life.

As a Digital Marketing Strategy Intern, you will support the development of audience strategies, campaign planning, channel recommendations, reporting, and performance analysis across a variety of marketing programs. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience with modern marketing practices such as customer journey planning, audience segmentation, omnichannel engagement, and data-driven decision making.

You will collaborate with marketing strategists, campaign managers, sales teams, analytics specialists, and content teams while learning how digital marketing supports business growth. If you enjoy solving problems, analyzing data, identifying trends, and turning insights into action, this internship will provide valuable real-world experience.

No prior full-time marketing experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, ask questions, think critically, and contribute to a fast-paced marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of audience and targeting strategies for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with market research, industry research, persona development, and audience analysis.
  • Help gather, organize, and analyze campaign performance data across multiple marketing channels.

The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $50.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location, as well as degree type and relevant education. You'll Benefit From

The hourly pay range for this position 18 - 50 per hour, based off of your projected graduation year. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location. Additionally, interns for Siemens are eligible to contribute into our 401K program.
