This position offers the flexibility of working from home while providing structured support, mentorship, and professional development. All client consultations are scheduled in advance-there is no cold calling or door-to-door outreach. If you enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and working independently, this opportunity provides a strong foundation for a meaningful long-term career.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom
  • Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options
  • Clearly explain policies, coverage details, and enrollment steps
