We are currently seeking a Remote Athlete Support Assistant / Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and help us continue to provide top-notch services to our clients.

Position Overview:

As a Remote Athlete Support Assistant / Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing administrative support and coordinating scheduling for our team of athletes. This is a full-time, remote position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will work closely with our team of agents, trainers, and other support staff to ensure that our athletes have everything they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage scheduling for athletes, including training sessions, team meetings, and media appearances

- Communicate with agents, trainers, and other support staff to ensure all scheduling needs are met

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules for all athletes

- Assist with administrative tasks such as email management, data entry, and file organization

- Provide general support to athletes, including booking travel arrangements and managing expenses

- Monitor and track athlete progress and provide regular updates to the team

- Assist with event planning and coordination for athlete appearances and promotional opportunities

- Help maintain a positive and professional relationship with athletes and their families

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services

Qualifications:

- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Sports Management, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Business, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sports industry
