• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans, detailing specific goals, interventions, and timelines for client progress.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, educational workshops, and psychoeducational classes to promote community support and shared learning.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary to protect client welfare.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Your role will primarily focus on individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will provide care and support to clients from varied demographics, ensuring inclusive practices that respect cultural differences and individual circumstances. Our clients often include those struggling with interpersonal relationships, mental health crises, and those seeking personal growth and resilience.

• Hold a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Possess an active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.

A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred. Familiarity with telehealth services and online therapeutic practices will be considered a valuable asset.
