Key Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver evidence-based treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances of each client, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community resources to coordinate care, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong clinical assessment skills, with the ability to make informed decisions regarding treatment planning.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and support toward clients.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and telehealth platforms, ensuring efficiency in service delivery.
Preferred Experience
