Key Responsibilities
  • Directly provide clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, both in individual and group settings.
  • Develop and implement integrated care plans that outline treatment goals and link clients to additional necessary services.
  • Conduct developmentally appropriate screenings and assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to address client needs effectively.
  • Facilitate crisis intervention efforts, offering support and strategies to manage acute emotional distress as needed.
  • Maintain a caseload of clients, ensuring timely and thorough documentation, progress assessments, and treatment plan updates.
  • Participate in interprofessional team meetings to coordinate care and share insights on client progress and program effectiveness.
