Job Summary:
The Bus Operator Supervisor is responsible for managing the Bus Operators who are delivering employee shuttle passengers to assigned airport area in accordance with passenger specifications.

Job Duties:
• Supervisors a team of agents.
• Responsible for shift schedule to include workstation assignments, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
• Communicate with the manager concerning any problems or issues.
• Schedules and conducts shift meetings.
• Assists in the administration of payroll; completes shift paperwork and performs other administrative functions.
• Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
• Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.
• Assigns drivers to specific vehicles and corresponding routes.
• Consolidates all paperwork from the operators and complete a check off list.
• Work with operators and assuring that they complete all required paperwork and driver inspection reports.
• Completes the daily shift report including fuel replenishment amounts, vehicle issues, driver - job assignments, tabulation of passenger log sheets, and completion of universal worksheet.
• Coordinates with clients in performing additional operation activities regarding passenger/crew movement from a remote area to the terminal.
• Driver routes fill in when necessary.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
Qualifications:
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid Driving License.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
• One year of relevant work experience in the bussing/shuttle industry.
• Possess a Valid CA CDL A or B with a P endorsement.
Physical requirements:
• Must be able to constantly lift, move up to 70 lbs, push, pull; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, grasp outwards and bend.
Working conditions:
• Must be able to work rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
• Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
