You will join a dynamic team of mental health professionals dedicated to providing high-quality care while navigating minimal paperwork to maximize your time spent with clients. Our outpatient office serves as a hub for resources and collaboration, regardless of where you work.

• Provide clinical supervision and support to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, fostering their professional development.
• Collaborate with other community professionals to formulate cross-system treatment plans for clients, ensuring comprehensive care.
• Deliver cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to individuals, families, and groups, integrating interventions seamlessly across different settings.
• Assess crisis situations promptly, determine the urgency of clients' needs, and coordinate appropriate services and care.
• Conduct training and educational sessions on clinical topics for team members and the community to enhance therapeutic practices.
• Perform intake assessments to evaluate client needs and create an individualized treatment plan aligning with standards of care.
• Utilize the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V) to establish mental health diagnoses and treatment pathways.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic models, including behavior modification and brief therapy strategies during counseling sessions.

Our primary focus includes mothers and families facing challenging circumstances, particularly those from underserved backgrounds. By understanding the socioeconomic determinants of health, you will offer tailored support that addresses both mental health and contextual life challenges. Your role is crucial in fostering resilience and personal growth within this population.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
• An independent license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a substantial caseload while maintaining quality client relationships.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other digital tools for documentation and communication.

• Experience with evidence-based practices in mental health care.
• A strong understanding of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Prior experience working with diverse populations, especially those facing socioeconomic difficulties.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, reflecting your skills and expertise. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
