• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand patients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Coordinate care and facilitate referrals to community resources, including educational institutions and support services for incarcerated individuals.
• Provide family education and support to improve communication and resource utilization related to mental health.
• Participate actively in alcohol and sexual abuse programs as needed, contributing to enhanced therapeutic services for our patients.

Our patient population includes individuals from various backgrounds seeking help with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and other mental health challenges. • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of two years of experience delivering mental health counseling services in a clinical setting.
