• Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients to understand their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods to provide individual and group psychotherapy to various patients, ensuring a patient-centered approach.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary to support patients in acute distress.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient progress and treatment methodologies in electronic medical record systems, adhering to clinic standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and others, to create cohesive care plans that optimize patient outcomes.
• Actively participate in clinical supervision and staff meetings to foster continuous improvement and professional development.
• Stay informed about the latest research and therapeutic techniques in mental health, applying new knowledge to enhance clinical practices within the clinic.

In the role of LCSW, you will work with a diverse client base that may include children, adolescents, and adults grappling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid authorization to practice clinical social work in the state of California.

• Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

• Previous experience working in a community health setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with group therapy techniques and facilitation.
• Experience with evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
