• Conduct virtual, comprehensive psychosocial assessments, identifying clients' strengths, challenges, and specific needs.
• Design and implement individualized evidence-based therapeutic interventions and counseling services for individuals, families, and groups.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive client care.
• Advocate for clients by connecting them with essential community resources and support services tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Accurately document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in electronic health records to maintain up-to-date client information.
• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and continued professional development activities to enhance your clinical competencies and stay current with evidence-based practices.

The primary client population encompasses individuals experiencing diverse mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. • Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Must hold a current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• At least two years of post-licensure experience in delivering clinical social work services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and crafting effective treatment plans.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse populations.
• A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice in all interactions.

• Experience in providing care in a community health context, especially engaging clients through telehealth platforms.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team and ensure integrated care approaches.
