Position: Duck Creek Delivery Manager / Account Manager
Location: REMOTE
Duration: 6 Months
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Duck Creek Delivery Manager / Account Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Duck Creek projects and manage key client relationships. The role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring on-time and quality delivery, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving account growth through strong partnership and domain expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead delivery of Duck Creek projects (Policy, Billing, Claims, or Integrations) across all phases - from planning to deployment.
  • Manage project teams, budgets, timelines, and quality metrics.
  • Act as primary client contact for delivery and account management, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and up-selling within existing clients.
  • Collaborate with technical architects, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure solution alignment with business needs.
  • Track delivery risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational delivery standards and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Provide regular delivery and financial reporting to senior leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience managing Duck Creek Suite implementations (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
  • In-depth understanding of the P & C Insurance domain.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and project governance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience with offshore/onshore delivery models is a plus.
