Location: Fully Remote – Must reside in Maryland, Colorado, or Florida
Schedule: Full-Time

  • Remote Supervision: Support families and RBTs virtually while ensuring fidelity and compassionate implementation.

  • Assessments & Planning: Develop thoughtful, individualized treatment plans—not cookie-cutter care.

  • Collaboration: Communicate with caregivers, team members, and schools to drive the best outcomes.

  • Ethics & Excellence: Stay aligned with BACB guidelines, payer policies, and compliance standards.
