As MGME continues to grow its commercial organization, we are seeking an experienced business development professional who thrives on opening doors, building executive relationships, and creating long-term enterprise partnerships. 

Position Summary 

This is not an account management role. 

This is not a hotel sales position. 

This is not a role focused on selling one meeting at a time. 

We are looking for a proven hunter—someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, creating strategic relationships, and developing enterprise-level clients that generate recurring business. 

The ideal candidate understands consultative selling, knows how to engage executive decision makers, and enjoys building relationships with senior leaders across marketing, procurement, sales, finance, and operations. 

Primary Responsibilities 

Develop new enterprise-level business opportunities 

Prospect, qualify, and close new client relationships 

Build relationships with senior decision-makers 

Present MGME's integrated meetings, events, creative, and production capabilities Lead consultative sales conversations focused on business outcomes rather than transactional event sales 

Collaborate with internal leadership during proposal development and client presentations Successfully transition new clients to the account management team while remaining a trusted relationship champion 

Maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities 

Represent MGME throughout the meetings and events industry

Base Salary: Up to $120,000
