About Bridor

Bridor is a leading manufacturer of premium European-style breads, croissants, pastries, artisan bakery products, and laminated dough solutions serving retail, foodservice, and hospitality customers throughout North America.

As part of our continued growth, Bridor is investing heavily in the U.S. market, including a new manufacturing facility in Salt Lake City and future expansion plans in Texas. We are looking for talented professionals who want to grow with us and make a meaningful impact.

Position Summary

Bridor is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive retail growth throughout the Western United States.

This role is responsible for developing relationships with grocery retailers, buyers, category managers, and key decision makers while expanding Bridor's presence within In-Store Bakery and Deli departments.

The ideal candidate understands how Bakery and Deli categories operate, how category reviews are conducted, how purchasing decisions are made, and how to identify opportunities that drive growth for both the retailer and Bridor.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a high-performing retail sales professional looking to take the next step in their career with a growing industry leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow strategic retail accounts throughout the Western U.S.
  • Build relationships with buyers, category managers, and retail decision makers
  • Lead category reviews, business reviews, and product presentations
  • Identify assortment, merchandising, and category growth opportunities
  • Develop account growth plans and sales strategies
  • Utilize category insights and market trends to support customer recommendations
  • Maintain direct ownership of customer relationships while leveraging broker partners when appropriate
  • Partner with Marketing, R&D, Operations, and leadership teams to support customer growth initiatives
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of retail sales experience
  • Experience selling into grocery retail organizations
  • Strong understanding of In-Store Bakery (ISB), Deli, and Fresh perimeter departments
  • Experience with category reviews, assortment planning, merchandising discussions, and retail buying processes
  • Experience presenting directly to buyers and category managers
  • Understanding of how grocery retailers evaluate, approve, and commercialize products within Bakery and Deli categories
  • Proven success growing retail accounts and developing new business opportunities
  • Must reside in California and be located near a major airport
  • Ability to travel 50–70%
Preferred Experience
  • Private Label experience
  • Experience selling bakery products, frozen bakery products, laminated dough products, croissants, pastries, artisan breads, or related premium bakery categories
  • Existing relationships with grocery retailers in the Western U.S.
  • Experience working directly with customers rather than relying primarily on broker networks
  • Experience within Bakery, Deli, Fresh Foods, or Retail Food Manufacturing categories
Why Join Bridor?
  • Represent premium products that are highly regarded throughout the industry
  • Partner directly with leading grocery retailers
  • Play a visible role in a rapidly growing organization
  • Join a company making significant investments in innovation and expansion
  • Gain exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives
  • Strong opportunities for career growth and advancement based on performance
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary of $110,000–$120,000
  • Target bonus incentive opportunity
  • Monthly auto stipend
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Company-paid Life Insurance and Disability coverage
  • Paid Time Off and company holidays
  • Career growth and advancement opportunities
