Marketing, Growth & Operations Assistant (Part-Time)


Location:Remote (Jacksonville area of Florida preferred, but not required)
Schedule:20-25 hours per week (flexible)
Compensation: $20-25/hour

We're a growing talent acquisition consulting firm looking for a proactive, organized, and creative individual to support our marketing, sales, operations, and client success efforts. You'll work directly with the founder in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Social Media

  • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
  • Edit short-form videos and create graphics in Canva
  • Write captions and repurpose content
  • Maintain a content calendar and monitor engagement

Sales & Business Development

  • Research prospective clients and decision-makers
  • Build prospect lists and support outreach campaigns
  • Schedule meetings and maintain records
  • Assist with proposals and sales materials

Executive & Client Support

  • Support the founder with daily operations and project coordination
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and follow-up items
  • Prepare presentations and client documents
  • Track deadlines, action items, and deliverables
  • Help deliver an exceptional client experience on a growing account


Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Proactive with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Experienced with Canva, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and social media platforms
  • Familiar using AI tools like ChatGPT (preferred)
  • Previous experience in executive support, marketing, sales, recruiting, or project coordination is a plus
