Job description

Role: Epic EHR Data Conversion Analyst
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
• Execute end-to-end data conversion activities from Allscripts to Epic EHR systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, extract, transform, and load data accurately and efficiently.
• Develop and implement data migration strategies, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Perform data validation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the integrity and completeness of converted data.
• Create documentation, including conversion plans, procedures, and reports, to support data migration processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address issues, provide recommendations, and optimize data conversion methodologies.
Qualifications:
• Experience in EHR data conversion, particularly from Allscripts to Epic systems.
• Proficiency in utilizing data migration tools, scripts, and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, including HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
