POSITION: Senior Aircraft Broker
SCHEDULE: M-F, 8:00 – 5:00
LOCATION: Flexible/Remote
SALARY: Highly Competitive/Performance Driven
DESCRIPTION: Omni Aircraft is seeking a high-performing, relationship-driven Senior Aircraft Broker with an established book of business and the ability to originate and close transactions. This is a production role for a proven dealmaker who can bring opportunities to the platform, elevate brand presence, and drive meaningful transaction volume.
- Originate and close aircraft acquisition and sales transactions
- Leverage and expand an existing network of operators, owners, and industry professionals
- Bring qualified deal flow to Omni
- Represent the Omni brand at a senior level
- Collaborate with internal maintenance and avionics teams to create strategic value for buyers and sellers
- Drive revenue through personal production
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years in aircraft brokerage or related aviation sales
- Documented transaction history
- Strong industry relationships and referral network
- Self-driven, highly autonomous
- Comfortable operating at the executive level
- Reputation built on integrity and execution
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
