What will you contribute?
We are seeking a motivated Product Manager to manage the development of services for Flow, Finastra's Agentic AI developer Platform.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Gain a deep understanding of Platform developer experience , identify and fill platform gaps, generate new ideas.
  • Create and maintain a roadmap for internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and analyze critical issues related to the service design and promotion of services
  • Translate strategy into recommendations and feature definition to address platform opportunities.
  • Provides direction for enhancements and general development requirements.
  • Produce / contribute to and maintain collateral - release notes, user guides, service overviews, roadmap communications.
  • Backlog management and iteration planning: maintaining a well-groomed Backlog according to business value
  • Tracks KPIs across each services pod and reports progress to the Flow Platform Director
  • Assists in scrum and resource planning


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in enhancing developer experience for platform products, with a strong understanding of developer needs, workflows, and tooling.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify platform gaps and opportunities, and translate them into actionable solutions and product improvements.
  • Experience generating innovative ideas and driving initiatives that improve platform usability, scalability, and adoption.
  • Strong track record of creating, managing, and communicating product or platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and engage both internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and refine roadmap priorities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.
    Experience working with project management software application analysis, design or implementation (knowledge of project management principles)
  • Proven track record of product management accomplishments and initiatives with demonstrated success in product/services launches
  • Experience working in an agile environment
