About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Product Owner to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of an Agentic AI-powered platform that automates cloud migration, API modernization, and enterprise application transformation.

This role is cantered around building AI-native products using Agentic AI architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and intelligent workflow orchestration. You will work closely with AI Engineers, Architects, Platform Engineers, and Product teams to build autonomous AI capabilities that improve engineering productivity and automate complex migration workflows.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience defining and delivering Agentic AI products and a strong understanding of enterprise cloud technologies, APIs, and modern AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

AI Product Leadership

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for an enterprise Agentic AI platform.
  • Define AI-first product capabilities that automate cloud migration, API modernization, code analysis, documentation generation, testing, and deployment workflows.
  • Drive the development of autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and multi-step task execution.
  • Define product requirements for AI copilots, autonomous agents, and intelligent workflow orchestration.

Salesforce CRM Ecosystem:

  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud/PRM, Omni-Channel, Customer 360, CPQ, Lightning Platform, Flow, Prompt Builder, Apex/LWC-enabled solutions.

Product Ownership

  • Own the complete product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous enhancement.
  • Translate business problems into product features, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for AI adoption, automation effectiveness, and productivity improvements.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with AI Engineers, ML Engineers, Architects, Platform Engineers, and Cloud teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
  • Support product demonstrations, customer discussions, and solution positioning.

Innovation

  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and models.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI orchestration into enterprise products.
  • Ensure responsible AI adoption, governance, and scalability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 5 10 years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience.
  • Hands-on experience delivering Agentic AI or Generative AI products is mandatory.
  • Experience defining AI product roadmaps and working closely with AI/ML engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs and AI agent architectures.
  • Experience with enterprise APIs, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
  • Experience managing Agile product backlogs and cross-functional engineering teams.
