Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

 
  • Strong expertise in API development - ApigeeX(APIM), Cloud Armor (WAF & API Security) and microservices architecture – 6+ years of integration development work
  • Must have worked on AWS or GCP (preferred) cloud environment – preferably both, and have hands on experience in AWS lambda (for AWS) or Cloud Run, Cloud Functions
  • Confluent Kafka (ESP) – doesn’t need to be an expert, but must have worked on Kafka
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodologies
  • Must have led (Technical Lead) at least 2 system integration and modernization (development) project
  • Experience in leading distributed onshore-offshore teams
 

Roles & Responsibilities

 
  • Lead hands-on integration development across APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Provide technical guidance, solutioning inputs, and design oversight aligned to enterprise architecture.
  • Ensure quality through code reviews, performance tuning, and adherence to API standards.
  • Act as the primary interface for business stakeholders and support backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
  • Drive Agile delivery using Scrum and DevOps practices with continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to API governance, lifecycle management, and security standards.
  • Lead and mentor offshore teams and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Oversee incident resolution, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
