Job Description
We are seeking an Agile Lead with experience in Scrum, SAFe, and Agile coaching to guide cross-functional teams in adopting and scaling Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives).
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices and SAFe methodology.
  • Drive continuous improvement for team efficiency and delivery.
  • Act as a servant leader to remove blockers and facilitate collaboration.
  • Work with Product Owners to refine backlogs and ensure business value delivery.

Required Skills
  • Proven experience as an Agile Lead, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps).
