As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Empower Mind Wellness Hub, you will undertake a variety of fulfilling responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring a personalized approach to each client's journey.
• Administer diverse therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other innovative modalities tailored to meet patient preferences.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA standards and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Actively participate in a collaborative treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, fostering an environment of shared learning and enhanced care outcomes.
• Offer patient and family education on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their care.

You will work with a diverse clientele that encompasses individuals from various backgrounds facing a wide range of mental health concerns. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your comprehensive academic background.
