What does a remote accounts payable manager do?

As a remote accounts payable manager, your job is to work from home and use virtual accounting software to manage the funds a company owes to its vendors. In this role, you may keep the company informed about how much it currently owes, monitor process payments to vendors, get approval for the company's significant expenses, and help prepare information and reports for taxes.
