Sales Account Executive
Remote (U.S.)
On-Target Earnings: $110,000, Uncapped Commission

We provide 24/7 U.S.-based outsourced helpdesk support for IT teams and MSPs. The product is proven, with 100+ customers and strong inbound demand.

We're hiring our first dedicated Account Executive to take over a founder-led sales motion and help scale it.

This is a role for a high-performing individual contributor who wants to own deals, close consistently, and help improve the playbook.

The Role
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close

  • Manage a ~6 week sales cycle with IT leaders, CTOs, and MSP owners

  • Close ~3 deals per month (typical contracts ~$2k$2.75k MRR)

  • Work mostly inbound leads (75%), while developing targeted outbound

  • Collaborate with founders to refine messaging, outreach, and sales process
