The Clear Meadows Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your own workspace while making a significant impact on the lives of our clients. You will utilize a combination of virtual communication tools including video conferencing and secure electronic health records systems to facilitate effective therapy sessions and maintain client confidentiality. • Conduct comprehensive individual, group, and family therapy sessions designed to address a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse.
• Administer thorough diagnostic assessments to determine clients’ mental health status and refine treatment plans based on their unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and educational professionals to coordinate holistic care plans and improve client outcomes.
• Ensure accurate and secure electronic documentation of client interactions, treatment sessions, and progress notes following established telehealth best practices.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and continuing education activities to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health counseling and maintain your licensure.
• Administer crisis intervention strategies and perform risk assessments to evaluate immediate safety concerns and develop appropriate action steps.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience delivering counseling services to diverse populations, encompassing individuals, families, and groups.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills that facilitate effective client engagement.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms to optimize patient management.

• Previous experience providing remote therapy services or working in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing (MI) is preferred.
• Interest and experience in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, addiction, and crisis management are advantageous.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
