The Clear Meadows Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your own workspace while making a significant impact on the lives of our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive individual, group, and family therapy sessions designed to address a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse.
  • Administer thorough diagnostic assessments to determine clientsโ€™ mental health status and refine treatment plans based on their unique needs and therapeutic goals.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and educational professionals to coordinate holistic care plans and improve client outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate and secure electronic documentation of client interactions, treatment sessions, and progress notes following established telehealth best practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
