Key Responsibilities
  • Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead and facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that foster connection among clients, encouraging open dialogue, shared experiences, and collective healing.
  • Individual Counseling: Provide empathetic and individualized therapy that allows clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while aiding them in developing effective coping strategies.
  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans that respect their unique needs and empower their recovery journey.
  • Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to track and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Interdisciplinary Team Coordination: Work closely with other professionals in our multidisciplinary team, coordinating care and engaging in case consultations to ensure comprehensive support for our clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
