Responsibilities:
Are you driven by building strong customer relationships and closing impactful deals?
Join our Sales Team as a Commercial Account Manager and help bridge the gap between SMB and Enterprise by growing mid-market customers into long-term, scalable partnerships.
• Drive New ARR & ARR growth and expansion across your customer portfolio
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and expand small deployments into broader platform usage
• Lead demos, scoping, and workshops for more complex deals
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
• Proactively manage customer needs and prevent churn
• Turn customer inquiries into commercial opportunities
• Apply value-selling and challenge customer assumptions to create urgency
• Tailor solutions based on business needs, industry trends, and economic exposure
• Convert single-use-case customers into multi-use-case adopters
• Use partner networks to extend reach and generate pipeline
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and SE teams for customer success
• Represent TeamViewer at events and partner activities
• Maintain strong knowledge of the full TeamViewer portfolio and competitive landscape
• Stay updated on market trends and customer industry developments
• Continuously build expertise through learning and collaboration

Requirements:
• 3-5 years B2B SaaS/tech sales experience
• Strong account management and solution-selling skills
• Proven history of exceeding KPIs/quotas
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation
• Able to understand complex needs and translate into solutions
• High drive, ownership, and hands-on mentality
• Strong analytics, disciplined pipeline and CRM usage
• Entrepreneurial, organized, handles multiple accounts well
• Fluent English; extra languages helpful
• Familiar with SaaS sales cycle and market dynamics
• Senior experience of at least a year
** Customer facing travel requirement - Up to 30% travel requirement (domestic)

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 USD annually. This range represents the base pay TeamViewer reasonably expects to offer for this role and may vary based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, location, business needs, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for TeamViewer's company bonus and RSU program. TeamViewer offers eligible employees a competitive benefits package designed to support health, wellbeing, family, and financial security.
